We charge your card $20 when you sign up and on the same day each month. If you turn on extra usage, it bills at cost, with no markup, at the end of each month, up to the limit you set.
Usage is the AI work Pearl does for you, such as research, writing, images, decks, routines, and syncing your connected apps. Opening and editing what Pearl made doesn’t count. Settings shows how much of this month’s included usage you’ve used.
Yes. Cancel in Settings, under Billing, and Pearl keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. If you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
Pearl uses your email, calendar, and files only to do the work you ask for. We don’t use your content to train general AI models, and we never sell it. When you disconnect an app, Pearl stops reading from it.
Yes. Talk to us, and we’ll set up your company’s account and invite your team. Your personal account stays yours, and you switch between the two in the app.
